In order to focus on enhancing the ancillary services that are most vital to the health care community, Schryver Medical has made the decision to sell its supply division to McKesson Medical-Surgical.
This sale affects the supply division ONLY; we want to assure you that we will continue to meet your facility's needs by providing our respiratory and oxygen, X-ray, lab, rental, and medical waste services.
Selling a portion of Schryver Medical was not an easy or a hastily-made decision. The supply division was our foundation; it was our beginning. Its sale, however, will provide our company with a means of continued development and growth. I feel extremely comfortable with placing you in the caring hands of the people at McKesson Medical-Surgical.
